Cole, LLP, a leading New Jersey law firm of 80+
attorneys with offices in Teaneck and Trenton New
Jersey. For over twenty years, Mr. Werther hsas devoted
his practice mainly to the counseling of entrepreneurial
and privately held companies and negotiating/closing
contracts and other business transactions. He has a BA
in History, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College, is a
graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and a
member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and its
Federal Court.
Mr. Werther has been involved with the financing and
development of a number of entrepreneurial companies.
